There are a wide variety of dermal fillers available, each specializing in enhancing specific facial features and exhibiting unique characteristics post-injection. Consequently, utilizing different fillers in the same facial area will yield distinct outcomes. Knowing the differences of these products and their application is key!

At Ageless, we primarily use hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the body that adds volume, smoothness, and hydration to tissues. Our providers possess a comprehensive understanding of how each product interacts with the body, enabling precise application for optimal results. JUVÉDERM® Ultra Plus XC, JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC, & VOLLURE™ 
injectable gels are for injection into the facial tissue for the correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds
JUVÉDERM® VOLBELLA™ XC 
injectable gel is for injection into the lips for lip augmentation and for correction of perioral lines
JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA™ XC
injectable gel is for deep injection in the cheek area to correct age-related volume loss and for augmentation of the chin region to improve the chin profile
Revanesse® Lips™+ 
FDA approved hyaluronic acid dermal filler that can be used for submucosal implantation for lip augmentation or restoration
Revanesse® Versa™ 
indicated for injection into the mid to deep dermis for correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds
Restylane® 
smooth away facial wrinkles and, provide subtle lip enhancement, smooth the lines around the mouth, adds lift and volume to the cheeks, and helps reverse the signs of volume loss
RADIESSE® 
is used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth). It is also used for correcting volume loss in the hands, chin, jawline, cheek & other areas
BELOTERO BALANCE® (+) 
is a prescription injection that is approved to temporarily smooth out and fill in moderate to- severe nasolabial folds (the folds or wrinkles that go from the side of the nose to the corner of the mouth)

What can you anticipate throughout your treatment?

Step 1 – Facial Assessment & Mapping

The provider will assess your facial features and skin tone, focusing on the specific areas requiring restoration or enhancement. Photographs will be taken of the designated treatment areas.


Step 2 – Cleansing & Anesthetizing

The injection sites will be cleansed using an antibacterial solution. Anesthetic ointment will be applied to the injection sites to reduce discomfort during the procedure. While not entirely painless, the injections are well-tolerated.


Step 3 – The Injection

The injection process is swift, typically lasting only a few moments per site. The provider will inject the gel, massage the area, and assess the results, adding more only as necessary. The duration of the procedure can range from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the number of areas being treated.


Step 4 – Clean Up & Recovery

Upon achieving satisfactory results, the skin will be cleansed. Patients are provided an aftercare kit with post-treatment instructions that includes an ice pack and arnica tablets to manage swelling and alleviate any discomfort. Some tenderness in the treated area may persist for a day or two, but it is usually manageable without medication. Minor bruising and swelling are normal and tend to improve within a few days.
